Job Title: Clerical Assistant
Job Type: Part-Time 20-35 hours per week
Job Location: Northern Virginia/Maryland/Washington, DC
Job Summary:
The Clerical Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to staff. The ideal candidate will have great organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Clerical Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing non-clinical electronic files, and performing other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Managing and organizing electronic files
- Preparing and distributing correspondence
- Assisting with data entry and electronic record keeping
- Performing general office duties via telehealth
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Providing support to other staff members as needed
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
$17.00 – $22.00 per hour. The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience.
