I work with children, teens, young adults, parents, and veterans who are dealing with anxiety, depression, challenges with emotions, transitions, or the effects of trauma. I also have experience supporting survivors of sexual abuse and people of all ages who have faced abuse, neglect, or involvement with DSS. When working with families, caregivers, and parents, I focus on building stronger communication, improving relationships, and helping everyone find healthier ways to cope. My approach invites caregivers and families to take part in the process, recognizing that healing often happens together. For veterans, I value your strengths and experiences and work with you to address difficult or traumatic memories with respect and understanding.

I use approaches such as EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. My work is guided by empathy, cultural humility, and a belief in each person’s ability to grow and heal.
