ATIVED Counseling Group is seeking two highly motivated and skilled Case Managers to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals, families, and groups to provide support and help enhance their life experiences.
Case Manager Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct individual and group assessments and counseling.
- Assess clients’ needs and develop individualized plans.
- Support clients in the community and within their own environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
- Document progress notes and maintain client records.
Case Management Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health conditions.
- Clear understanding of the assessment and counseling process
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field such as Psychology
- Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy or an understanding of the process and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary:
