Part Time Case Manager

ATIVED Counseling Group is seeking two highly motivated and skilled Case Managers to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals, families, and groups to provide support and help enhance their life experiences.

Case Manager Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct individual and group assessments and counseling.
• Assess clients’ needs and develop individualized plans.
• Support clients in the community and within their own environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
• Document progress notes and maintain client records.

Case Management Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health conditions.
• Clear understanding of the assessment and counseling process
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field such as Psychology
• Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy or an understanding of the process and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary:

Salary will commensurate with experience and training. Competitive rates will be offered.
