The Social Worker role involves assessing and addressing the social, emotional, and practical needs of individuals and families. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a deep commitment to improving the quality of life for clients. Social Workers often collaborate with medical professionals, schools, and community organizations.

The Clerical Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to staff. The ideal candidate will have great organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Clerical Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing non-clinical electronic files, and performing other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and situations.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans.
  • Provide counseling and support to clients facing various challenges.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, schools, and other agencies.
  • Advocate for clients to secure necessary services and resources.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Facilitate support groups and community outreach programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Social Worker (LGSW, LMSW, LICSW).
  • Experience in case management, counseling, or social services.
  • Strong understanding of social work ethics and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficient in relevant software and case management tools.
